February begins American Heart Month, and organizations like the American Heart Association would like to raise awareness in heart health and to remind people of the dangers of heart disease. More specifically, Friday, February 7, 2020 is National Wear Red Day in which the American Heart Association wants to spotlight raising heart health awareness in women.
